This information is collected during user registration, when scheduling trainings, or when participating in audits. Personal information is linked to your identity for account management and audit purposes.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information (Analytics & Diagnostics)

We use Firebase Crashlytics and Google Analytics for Firebase to automatically collect non-personal, technical information, including:

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage statistics (e.g., time spent, features used)
• Crash logs and diagnostic data
• Engagement data (e.g., frequency of feature usage)

This data is anonymized and not linked to your identity. We do not collect or track your location data. The App does not use cookies but may use local storage to remember preferences or login status.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create, manage, and verify user accounts
• To manage and assign training modules
• To perform and document audits at dealership locations
• To track user participation and compliance
• To ensure app functionality, performance, and crash resolution
• To analyze aggregated usage data to improve the user experience

We do not collect sensitive personal information (e.g., financial, health, or biometric data) or use your data for advertising or cross-platform tracking.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share your data with:

3.1 Authorized Parties

Internal CCI administrators, SCADA admins, and Dealership POCs for audit and training purposes.

3.2 Third-Party Services

• Firebase Crashlytics (for crash diagnostics)
• Google Analytics for Firebase (for usage analytics)
• Cloud hosting providers to support App functionality

These third parties process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality and security agreements, in compliance with Google's data handling policies (see Google's Privacy Policy). Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States, with appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

3.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations or valid requests by law enforcement.

4. Data Security

• End-to-end encryption in transit (HTTPS) using TLS protocols
• User passwords are securely stored using encryption techniques and are never saved in plain text
• Secure authentication protocols
• Role-based access control to limit data access

5. Data Retention

We retain user account information (e.g., name, email, role, contact details) for the duration of the user's association with the organization, unless a deletion request is received. This information is not automatically deleted.

However, operational data such as audit records, training history, and related documentation is retained for up to four (4) years, after which it is automatically deleted in accordance with our data lifecycle management policy.

Users or authorized administrators may also request deletion of personal data at any time by contacting support@compliancecentre.net. Upon identity verification, we will delete the requested data from our systems and associated cloud services within 30 days.

• Correct incorrect information
• Request deletion of your account or data
• Request a copy of your data (portability)

7. Children's Privacy

This application is intended exclusively for professional use. Only authorized users — such as CCI personnel or designated external administrators — can create user accounts.

The app does not permit public registration or general user access. It is not directed at children under the age of 13, and no personal data is knowingly collected from children.

If you believe a child's data has been added in error, please contact us for prompt removal.

8. Data Deletion Policy

You may request deletion of your personal data or account by contacting us at support@compliancecentre.net. We will process verified requests within 30 days, subject to legal or compliance obligations.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in legal or operational practices. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email. The "Last Updated" date will reflect the latest revision.

10. Push Notifications

The CCI App sends push notifications to inform you about training updates or audit reminders. You can disable push notifications at any time in your device settings.

11. Consent

By installing and using the CCI App, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy.
